This has fueled a quickly evolving research area known as video abstraction. As the name implies, video abstraction is a mechanism for generating a short summary of a video, which can either be a sequence of stationary images ( keyframes ) or moving images ( video skims ).

Han Joon Kim, Kun Hwang Aim: With little manipulation, compression bandages placed circumferentially around the digit can be rolled up the digit, creating a tourniquet effect. The aim of this study was to elucidate the pressures induced by self-adherent bandages applied circumferentially around the fingers.


Adult patients with either a history of biopsy-proven or suspected HCC (AFP > 200 mg/dL or arterially-enhancing hepatic mass) were prospectively enrolled in this IRB-approved trial. Subjects underwent synchronous FDG- and AC-PET, and the imaging studies were interpreted independently in a blinded manner by two nuclear radiologists.
